WOFASH may provide fashion products, women's products, maternity products, kids products, innerwear, beauty products, health and personal care products, personalized fashion services, custom dress services, virtual previews, shopping tools, customer support, and related services.
Certain WOFASH features may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
WOFASH may support account access using email and password, mobile verification, Google, Facebook, Apple, or other approved authentication providers.

A digital or AI-assisted preview is an estimation intended to assist the design process. It is not a guarantee that the final physical product will be visually identical in every detail.
WOFASH may provide virtual try-on, image preview, design assistance, recommendation, measurement assistance, or other AI-assisted tools. These tools are provided for guidance and visualization and may not always produce exact physical representations.
Payments may be processed using third-party payment service providers. Additional payment-provider terms may apply.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by location, product availability, customization requirements, courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside WOFASH's reasonable control.
Returns, refunds, cancellations and exchanges are subject to the applicable WOFASH return and refund policy and may vary according to product category.
Customized, personalized, hygiene-sensitive, innerwear, beauty, opened personal-care, or specially manufactured products may be subject to different return restrictions where permitted by applicable law.
You must not misuse WOFASH services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system security, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, conduct fraudulent transactions, or use WOFASH services in violation of applicable law.
WOFASH trademarks, logos, branding, designs, software, website content, product presentation, graphics, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
WOFASH may integrate third-party services including authentication, analytics, communications, payments, delivery, advertising, social media, and cloud infrastructure. Such services may be subject to separate terms.
WOFASH may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of its services when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, product development, or business operations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WOFASH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising solely from the use or inability to use digital services where such liability may lawfully be limited.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights or other applicable legal requirements.
